Back to School Night: Monday, August 4, 2025

We will have paper forms available at Back to School Night if you do not have a printer!

1. St. Nicholas School Handbook-read and sign the last page (print)

2. Please go to the online forms located in the left column of this page. (Internet Acceptance, Chromebook Loan Agreement, Photo Release & Stewardship Opportunities).  Fill them out and hit the SUBMIT button. 
 
 3. Please fill out the online Athletic Registration if you have a student athlete (volleyball, basketball, cheerleading or Archery).
 
4.  Free & Reduced Lunch If you think you may qualify for this, please fill out the form.
