Chromebook Loan Agreement

- At some points in the year, St. Nicholas School/your child’s teacher will send home your child’s Chromebook and carrying case for him/her to use for school purposes.
  
  I fully understand that if the Chromebook is damaged in any way while it is on loan to me, I will be responsible for the replacement cost of $220.00 and/or case replacement cost of $28.00.
  
  While signed into the school Google account, the school internet filter (BARK) will be in place and the school will receive reports of any inappropriate use. Inappropriate use could result in the denial of continuation of use of the school device at home.
  
  By signing this, I am assuming responsibility for the care and appropriate use of this Chromebook and case.
